Who writes the content that is the foundation for the products?

MoneyBright Kids works with teams of experts and talented scriptwriters who create the content for the films and our educational supplements.

How many films are available?

At MoneyBright Kids, we are creating a robust library of films for children, and we are always coming out with brand-new releases. We anticipate that we will have nearly 40 films in all.

What ages are the films appropriate for?

Anyone can watch and enjoy the films. They are very family friendly! However, children age 4 and below may not be able to follow some of the content.

What is "Streaming"?

Streaming allows you to view any MoneyBright Kids Film episodes that you've purchased, right on your computer at the MoneyBrightKids.com web site. Whether you purchase our episodes through our generous "Free Gift Offer" or our "Streaming Only Offer", you will be able to watch them almost immediately (within 30 minutes) after your purchase by logging on to your account and selecting "View My Videos". A full list of all titles you've purchased will appear on the page. To play a specific title, just click the word "Play" next to the title and the video will automatically begin to play

Can I purchase as a gift?

Yes! MoneyBright Kids Films' products make a wonderful gift for all the school-aged children in your life. Please call Customer Service and they will set-up a gift account for you.

How can I purchase another subscription?

Each account at MoneyBrightKids.com may contain only one subscription. To purchase an additional subscription, please set up a new account using a different email address and ship-to address. If you do not have a second email address, please call us at 800-895-1708.

If I don't want to receive the latest release, is there an alternative?

You are never under any obligation to purchase a film you do not want. Please call Customer Service and they will ensure you do not receive the latest release and will see if an alternative title is available.

How long do I have to respond to the Featured Title notification e-mail?

You will always have at least 10 days to respond to the Feature Title notification e-mail.

What happens if I don't respond to the Featured Title notification e-mail?

The Featured Title on-line streaming will automatically be available following 10 days of notification. Then, if you have elected to receive a DVD in addition to the on-line streaming it will be shipped within 48 hours.

Can I stop receiving shipments?

Yes. You are under no obligation to receive a specific number of shipments and you may cancel at any time by contacting Customer Service.

How does it work?

After you receive your Introductory shipment, we'll send an e-mail letting you know when the next DVD in the series will be ready to ship. If you want it, there's nothing for you to do. You'll receive a new DVD conveniently billed to the credit card provided for your initial purchase. If you don't want it you'll have at least 10 days to respond, by calling 800-895-1708 to let us know that you do not want the selection offered. You are under no obligation to purchase an additional DVD, and that refusing one or another selection is not a cancellation. You may cancel at any time simply by calling MoneyBright Kids, and unless you call MoneyBright Kids to cancel, you will continue to receive DVDs about once a month. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, with no questions asked.

What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?

Damages are a very rare occurrence. If you ever receive anything damaged, please contact Customer Service and a replacement will be shipped at no charge.

Can I choose what I receive in each shipment?

You will receive a notification e-mail just before the next episode in the series is released. If you are not interested in receiving that title, just call customer service.

Can I collect faster?

Yes, if you would like to receive films on an accelerated schedule, simply call Customer Service at 800-895-1708 and let your representative know that you would like to receive MoneyBright Kids Films' products on a more frequent basis.

How many films are available?

The website will always have the most up-to-date information. If you are interested in purchasing any titles you may have missed, please call Customer Service and they will be happy to assist.

How do I return a shipment?

If you ever have the need to return a shipment, please contact Customer Service.

Can I reinstate a cancelled account?

Yes! You can easily reinstate your account and pick up the series right where you left off. To do so, just call Customer Service and we will gladly reinstate your account.

What if I've lost my password?

How do I change my password?

What if I can't view the on-line streaming content?

First, make sure you are using a contemporary browser. For example: Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 12+, Safari 5+, or Chrome 18+. Also, make sure you have a stable internet connection capable of a sustained throughput of 256kbps. Next, restart your computer, then open your browser and update your browser with the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player. Once Flash has been updated, please return to LearnOurHistory.com and try playing one of our videos. These steps should resolve most video playback issues. However, sometimes physical examination and the computer and its configuration are required. Most localities offer computer technical support services. Please check your local yellow pages for computer technical support.
